Textile Business
The very beginning of the company operation is launched in 2021 by investing in the textile industry. When fully run the business plan the total investment cost of the textile factory will reach to more than ETB 1.1 Billion. The factory plant is located in Oromia region, Dukem town inside Eastern Industrial Park compound. In this factory we produce various types of polyester fabrics. The main input of the factory is polyester yarn. The plant has four different units in it. Knitting and weaving department is the one that has a capacity of producing 14,000 kilo of knitted unbleached material per day. The other unit of the plant is dying and bleaching department. In this department we have five modern and highly efficient dye pots. By using these pots we can bleach and dyed around 15,000 kilo of knitted fabrics in a day. The third department is a raising unit. In this unit some of the product converts into a fur like substance. Mostly, fabrics that are used for sewing jacket and the like are need to be have a fur inside. The final product stage is the finishing department. In this department the fabric will be given a high quality texture through the heat setting machine. Finally it will be rolled up and packed by the poly bag in order to transfer to the finished goods warehouse.
